There are 2 large elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a maid room that can be used as third bedroom. Up to 5 people can sleep comfortably since the master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed while the maid room has a single bed. This is a corner quiet unit and very spacious offering more than 2200 sqft of living space with 3 balconies and a private Jacuzzi/SPA to unwind and relax in complete privacy.

This fabulous serviced apartment is the ideal vacation rental for individuals and families alike. It is lavishly decorated with high end fittings and furnishings in addition to high speed internet and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy all of the FIVE Palm resort luxurious facilities including a private beach and pools.

Rates

The rates will vary depending on the season and discounts are offered for longer stays. There is a refundable security deposit (2500 AED) and a cleaning fee (400 AED) that will be added to the rate. The cleaning fee is for cleaning the apartment after your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee upon request.
